1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BimBot AI you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Use of the Service
BimBot AI is provided for professional BIM and Revit workflows. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to reverse-engineer the service, or to attempt unauthorised access to other users' data.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each account may belong to a single organisation (tenant). You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Credits & Billing
BimBot AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per AI action. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
BimBot AI retains all intellectual property rights in the platform. You retain ownership of data you upload (Revit models, files). By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BimBot AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any modifications made to Revit models by the AI executor.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
