BimBot AI collects information you provide directly — including your email address, display name, and workspace data — as well as usage data generated when you use our platform (session logs, action counts, and model analytics).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the BimBot AI service, authenticate your account, analyse platform performance, and communicate important updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases. API tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes only — the raw token is never persisted. Files are stored in S3-compatible object storage with access-controlled presigned URLs.
4. Third-Party Services
BimBot AI integrates with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google for AI model inference, and Stripe for payment processing. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We pass only the minimum necessary data to these services.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Cookies
BimBot AI uses a session cookie (bimbot_token) to authenticate your browser session. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
